1. Return Eligibility Window
At Freshdrops, we take pride in the bio-chemical purity and freshness of our cold-pressed organic edible oils. Because our products are food items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the bottle/can seal remains unbroken and in its original premium packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Batches
If you receive a bottle with a damaged seal, leakage, or packaging defect, please take a photograph and contact our support desk immediately at support@freshdrops.com. We will dispatch a replacement batch or issue a full refund instantly, with zero additional shipping charges.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our sorting center, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Razorpay Secure / Card / UPI / NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Voluntary Returns
If you are returning a batch due to personal preferences (unopened), return pickup logistics will be arranged, and a nominal return shipping fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
